How long does delivery take?
Orders normally take about 2-3 weeks to arrive in Europe, and 3 to 4 weeks to arrive in other countries. Bear in mind that processing times of 2-6 business days are counted separately, and must be added to the Shipping times to get the total time needed to receive your order.

What does shipping cost?
We provide Free Worldwide Shipping! At the moment we only offer standard shipping. We are planning to add express shipping with a very low extra charge. Good things do take some time! ;)

Can I change/cancel an order?
Yes! You can of course change/cancel an order, however this has to be done within 10 hours of the specific order. Thus, you should email us as soon as possible! Thanks! ;)

Which payment options do you provide?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Easy, Fast and Secure!

Why have I not received an order confirmation?
Always be sure that your email address is correct as an incorrect email address is the most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation. Please also make sure you check your Spam/Junk folder to see if our emails have ended up there. Please contact customer service if you are still not able to find it, and we will confirm that your order has gone through.

Can I return an item?
Yes, absolutely! For more information, please do check out our return policy page by clicking on the 'Return Policy' link at the bottom of any page.

Do you restock items once they have been sold out?
It depends on the item. Some items are for a limited time only and will not be restocked, however you will be informed on whether an item is low in stock. Contact us for further details or if you are looking to purchase in bulk! :))

What countries do you ship to?
We deliver to most of the countries. If you cannot find your home country in the drop down at the checkout, please contact customer service and we will try to find a solution for you.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@menwithfootwear.com immediately after the order has been placed. We generally begin to process orders within 1-2 business days, and once our warehouse has started processing your order, it will be very difficult to make any changes.
