Returns Policy
We are dedicated to providing our customers with the very best service. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact our Contact Service Team at sales@menwithfootwear.com to request a return and to solve any related matters.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your package. We ONLY accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Please pack and ship the items you wish to return with all tags attached. All returns will only be issued Store Credit (no cash refunds given) or you may also exchange it for another size or item of equal or lesser value. Store Credit issued has no expiry date, and you may use it at anytime you want.Please note that shipping costs are expenses incurred during product returns.
Please note: As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend that you use a service with tracking and/or insurance.

To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email us at sales@menwithfootwear.com
- Your order number
- Product name of the item you wish to return
- Reason for requesting a RMF (Return Merchandize Form)
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received the wrong product from us, or if it arrives defective or damaged because of it's transit, please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@menwithfootwear.com as soon as possible. We will make sure that the situation is resolved for you.

Missing item(s)
If you receive a package and it does not include all items, please do not worry. If you have ordered multiple items then you should expect some of them to arrive in a different package.Sometimes items are shipped separately due to weight restrictions/ coming from a difference warehouse. This way we can keep our prices as low as possible. Simply email us at sales@menwithfootwear.com with your order number and item(s) received, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
